How We Work
Written confirmation before dispatch
Every reservation is confirmed in writing before an affiliate vehicle is assigned. A New York dispatch team builds the itinerary and sends chauffeur details after the quote is accepted. Share the flight number, passenger count, bags, and the exact door so the assigned operator can plan the meeting point.
We do not own a Cincinnati garage. Local licensed affiliates drive the trip. You receive one quote and one point of contact. Cancellation, wait, overtime, and payment timing are stated on that quote.
Pickup timing
Pickup timing is confirmed on the reservation.
Assigned vehicle
Vehicle class, passenger and bag fit, and amenities are confirmed for the assigned car.
Named entrance
Give the hotel, office, hospital, or venue door. Amenities and model are confirmed on the assigned car, not promised as a standard package.
Fleet Options
Four classes, confirmed on the quote
Sedan, SUV, S-Class, and Sprinter classes through affiliate operators. Planning limits are 3/3, 6/6, 3/3, and 12/12, subject to the assigned configuration.

Cincinnati Neighborhoods We Serve
Named doors in each district
Name the hotel, office, hospital, or venue entrance. Local affiliates handle the last block from that detail.
Downtown Cincinnati
FeaturedFountain Square, riverfront hotels, First Financial Center, Great American Ball Park, and Paycor Stadium. Give the building or porte-cochere, not only downtown.
Over-the-Rhine
FeaturedVine Street, Washington Park, Findlay Market, and Music Hall. Narrow loading zones often need a named corner rather than a mid-block stop.
Hyde Park
FeaturedHyde Park Square, Observatory Avenue, and nearby Rookwood. Ault Park pickups should use Observatory Circle or the pavilion entrance.
Clifton
FeaturedUniversity of Cincinnati, the zoo, Ludlow Avenue, and the medical corridor. The Clifton Cultural Arts Center is at 3412 Clifton Avenue, not inside Burnet Woods.
Blue Ash
FeaturedReed Hartman Highway, Kenwood Road, and Summit Park. Blue Ash Golf Course pickups should use the club entrance.
West Chester
Union Centre Boulevard, Liberty Center, and Voice of America Park. Confirm whether the airport is CVG or Dayton for that itinerary.
Mason
Kings Island, Deerfield Towne Center, and offices along Fields Ertel and Mason-Montgomery Road. Event days need extra pickup time.
Montgomery
Montgomery Road, the Heritage District, and nearby Kenwood Towne Centre. Surface streets feed I-71 rather than a downtown interstate ramp.
Chauffeur Service in Cincinnati, Ohio
Chauffeur Service Cincinnati is private ground transportation for airport arrivals, corporate schedules, and named venue doors in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Reservations are scheduled in writing and assigned to a local affiliate operator. We do not own a Cincinnati garage or employ local chauffeurs directly. The booking you approve is the itinerary the assigned operator runs.
Three airports cover most Cincinnati travel. Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) is the commercial hub in Hebron, Kentucky. Reserved cars meet at Ground Transport East unless the assigned operator sends different instructions. Hotel and parking shuttles use Ground Transport West. Lunken Airport is the east-side general-aviation and charter field, with assigned FBO or entrance confirmation during terminal renovation. Dayton International Airport is a separate commercial field north of the city; follow the assigned operator meeting instructions there.
Hourly charter is estimated at $120 for a sedan, $150 for an SUV, $230 for an S-Class, and $240 for a Sprinter. The three-hour minimum applies only to hourly service, with three-hour estimates of $360, $440, $690, and $710. Airport and other transfers require an itinerary quote. Planned stops, delay, or waiting do not by themselves move a transfer onto hourly billing. Waiting during a reserved hourly block uses that reserved time.
Useful Cincinnati destinations include First Financial Center, formerly the Duke Energy Convention Center; Great American Ball Park; Paycor Stadium; TQL Stadium; Music Hall; Findlay Market; Hyde Park Square; Summit Park; Kings Island; Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center; and University of Cincinnati Medical Center. A connected headquarters Marriott at the convention venue is a future project, not an operating hotel. Give the building entrance so the last block can be planned.
Planning limits are sedan 3 passengers and 3 bags, SUV 6/6, S-Class 3/3, and Sprinter 12/12, subject to the assigned configuration. Groups above 12 passengers or 12 bags need a coordinated quote. Amenities, exact models, plane-side access, and child seats are confirmed on the assignment. Medical trips are nonclinical rides, not ambulance or wheelchair-van service.
Cincinnati Travel Planning
Airport, venue, and regional planning
Named destinations, assigned pickup points, and written quotes.
River crossings
CVG trips often use the I-71/I-75 Ohio River crossing at the Brent Spence Bridge, then I-275. Weekday peaks and riverfront event nights can slow that last stretch. The chauffeur uses current conditions rather than a promised interchange.
Named entrances
First Financial Center, Great American Ball Park, Paycor Stadium, and riverfront hotels each have different legal stopping points. Give the door or porte-cochere. Adjacent Bengals lots may require parking passes on game days.
Regional trips
Dayton, Columbus, Indianapolis, Louisville, and Kentucky distillery days are itinerary quotes. Extra stops, wait, or a return leg need agreement on the quote. They do not automatically convert a one-way transfer into hourly service.
